Borrowed books must be returned through the method applicable to the membership plan. A return is complete when the library records the issued copy as returned.
The security deposit shown at checkout is refundable after all borrowed books have been returned and any outstanding loss, damage or other membership dues have been resolved. Any proposed deduction will be communicated to the customer.
Approved payment refunds are sent to the original payment method through the payment gateway. Bank and gateway processing times may vary. Duplicate or incorrect charges should be reported promptly with the registered email address or mobile number and payment reference.
