The Story Heaven provides subscription-based access to children’s books through Library Walk-In and eligible Home Delivery plans. Books remain the property of The Story Heaven and are not sold through the rental service.
A parent or guardian must provide accurate account, child and contact details. Customers are responsible for protecting their login and OTP access and for promptly updating changed details.
The number of books, exchange options, activities, term and delivery benefits are those displayed for the selected plan at checkout. Only one member may use a membership unless the plan expressly states otherwise.
Members must take reasonable care of borrowed books and return them when due. Lost, unreturned or materially damaged books and unpaid charges may be deducted from the refundable deposit or charged separately after the customer is informed.
Applicable membership fees and the displayed refundable deposit are collected at checkout. A deposit is refundable after the membership obligations, outstanding returns and dues have been verified.
